WINGS will be serving weekly soup and bread suppers, along with a light dessert, during the Lenten. Join us at 6 p.m. each Wednesdays between March 2 and 30.
These Wednesday soup dinners align with our small group series, "What on Earth Are WE Here For?" Simply enjoy the meal and fellowship, or expand your participation by joining one of these small group communities.
We are in need of people who can volunteer to bring and serve soup and desserts. This act of service is short term and can certainly be done in addition to attending your Small Group meeting that night. We may also serve others who are attending the Lenten Service in the Sanctuary. Quantity of soup needed will be estimated after Ash Wednesday service. If you have a delicious soup recipe you wish to create and share or offer of a dessert, please contact Nancy or Nancy via the church office. All are welcome!!!
Supper, small group and worship schedule:
6:00 p.m. – Lenten Soup Supper
6:30 p.m. – Pastor Introduction to the Material in Large Group
6:45 p.m. – Small Groups Meet as Groups
7:45 p.m. – Gather in Sanctuary for Group Conversation and Prayer
8:15 p.m. (at the latest) – Depart for the Evening
