Youth Baking Session (3rd Grade-Middle School)

Yum! Our youth joined together on Zoom to make Raspberry Clafouti in their own kitchens! This fun virtual cooking workshop was on Saturday, May 22 at 10 a.m. Fellow student Max Kruger led this baking session.



Raspberry Clafouti Recipe


Ingredient & Supply List

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

⅓ cup sugar

1¼ teaspoons vanilla extract

⅛ teaspoon salt

¼ cup all-­purpose flour

½ cup heavy cream

⅓ cup whole milk

1½ cups (7½ ounces) raspberries

1 to 2 teaspoons (powdered) sugar, for dusting

9-­inch pie plate

Rimmed baking sheet

2 bowls (1 large, 1 small)

Whisk

Oven mitts

Cooling rack

Fine-­mesh strainer
