Second Successful Week of Outdoor Worship - Plus Other Opportunities

Dear People of Beautiful Savior,

Yesterday was our second successful day of outdoor worship. Ten more people were in attendance than the first week, including three people who had never previously worshiped with Beautiful Savior, so word is spreading and we’re growing. Due to the impending rain and intense heat, our incredible team of helpers was able to shift worship to a drive-in experience. As a reminder, online worship is continuing in its current form, and for those feeling comfortable, this new outdoor experience is an added option. When the weather permits, we are worshiping in the shaded area near the parsonage. We thank God for you and for the nimble nature of our entrepreneurial congregation as we find ways to regather in person for worship while working to keep people safe and comfortable.

Thankfully, in Christ’s Service,

Pastor Nik

2020 BSLC Debt Reduction Challenge - On Second Base Thank you to all who have donated and otherwise supported our 2020 BSLC “Debt Reduction Challenge.” We are working toward our goal of raising $50,000 by October 31, which will completely payoff our bank loan. “The Challenge” is built around the structure of a baseball game, and we just arrived at first base ($12,500.00), so now we’re on the way to second base with the goal of $25,000. The Covid-19 pandemic put us a bit off track, but BSLC members and friends are incredibly faithful to supporting the BSLC mission and ministries, so we trust that we will continue to make progress in becoming a debt free congregation. We are catching up! Please consider financially supporting this effort and also keeping its success in your regular prayers. Call Al Eicher via the church office at 248-646-5041.
