2025-2026 Marketing & Scheduling Request

We're going into the summer, which means we are In PLANNING MODE. All of our marketing materials need to be created in time for Fall Kick Off on September 7, 2025. So let's get going before the craziness of the fall begins.

Please take a look at your area/group/personal schedule for September 2025 through June 2026. The sooner we can compile a comprehensive calendar for the entire church body, the better.

Please complete this form by Friday, August 1. FILL OUT ONE SHEET PER EVENT, NOT PER AREA (i.e., WINGS will need at least 3 separate forms for Annunciation, Advent by Candlelight, Woman of the Year, etc.)

Additionally, mark Wednesday, August 13 @ 1 p.m. on your calendar for a church-wide programming meeting. I want to make sure we're all on the same page about the church-wide calendar and all of your marketing needs.

Finally mark Sunday, September 7 on your calendar for our Fall Kick Off Festival. More details to come, but we want EACH OF YOUR AREAS to be represented at the festival. This will be a perfect time to recruit more volunteers and participants. It will be an exciting day!
