The people of Beautiful Savior are diving into a 40-day small group series in the fall of 2022. The material is based on Rick Warren’s 40 Days in the Word and teaches us how to use the Bible to inform us about God. More importantly, we will learn how to use the Bible to be hearers and doers of God's Word.
Sunday's sermons, starting with our Kick-off Sunday on September 18, will be aligned with the small group study and focused on the following topics:
September 18 – The ultimate purpose of the Bible is not to inform us; it is to transform us
September 27 – You don't have time for everything; you have to make time for things that really count
October 2 – Applied Bible study is an act of the will that leads to spiritual maturity
October 9 – It's not enough just to know what the Bible says; you also need to know what the Bible means
October 16 – The Word of God is his love letter to you
October 23 – To make sense of what the Bible says and means, you have to have a personal relationship with the Author
During these 40 days, our goal is full participation in the following:
Attend weekly worship
Connect with a Small Group for six weeks
Participate in a Small Group servant project
Join our email prayer team

The material will be available in the Welcome Center. There is a suggested donation of $10 per book.
