What is MOPS?

MOPS is for ALL MOMS! Working, stay-at-home, single, married, first time mom, motherhood expert, adopted, biological or step-children. If you are pregnant or a mom with at least one child between birth and kindergarten, MOPS (Moms of Preschoolers) is for You! MOPS is a time for fellowship with other moms in the same stage of life, learning strategies and tips that will help us be the best moms we can be. Children are cared for in their own separate program with age appropriate activities. We also offer opportunities for moms' nights out, playgroups and other fun activities.

What Happens at Meetings?

A typical MOPS meeting includes time to chat & make friends, a speaker or video, table discussions, a creative activity and a great breakfast. Speakers and topics vary from parenting to marriage or personal goals, but are relevant to many aspects of a mom's life.

During our MOPS meetings your children may attend MOPS Kids, with playtime, crafts, music & movement and snack time.
