Pr. Behenna was called to Beautiful Savior at the beginning of Holy Week in 2010. He says, “Jessica and I were surprised that God called us to Michigan; however, we can see that it is a wondrous blessing to be part of this loving, caring Christian community at Beautiful Savior.”
Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and also earned a Master’s of Business Administration degree with emphasis on technology management from the University of Phoenix in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
He earned his Master’s of Divinity degree at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg in Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Jessica, met while they both were worshipping at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Albuquerque. They were married in St. Paul’s sanctuary in 1999.
The Behenna’s have 3 grown children and one at home. Additionally, they are blessed with 9 grandchildren.
